The Origin

Where the jungle meets the cloud.

Boquete sits in the highlands of Chiriquí province, where Pacific trade winds collide with the Barú volcano to create one of the most distinctive microclimates in Central America. The result: slow-ripening cherries, extraordinary complexity, and a cup that carries the altitude in every sip.

Our coffee grows beneath a natural canopy of native jungle trees — no synthetic shade, no shortcuts. The forest does what it has always done: regulate temperature, retain moisture, and let the coffee develop on its own terms.
